Internal Announcement: TENURE POLICY FOR DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES, AND TEAMS AT BACH SCIENCE CORPORATION

Dear Team,

We would like to inform you about the recently established tenure policy outlined in Founder's Regulation No: 07/FOU-DEC-05/EX.BSC-V/EX-EV-07-02. This regulation pertains to the duration of positions at the department, office, and team levels within Bach Science Corporation. The policy has been developed by the Bach Science Executive Office and the Bach Science Executive Vice President to ensure efficient operations and effective resource management.

Key provisions of the tenure policy are as follows:

1. Tenure Duration:
• Department Level: 3-5 months (Departments), 4-6 months (Offices), 4-6 months (Central Office), 5-8 months (Core Team and Special Team)
• Office Level: (to be determined as per departmental requirements)
• Team Level: (to be determined as per departmental requirements)
2. Exceptions:
• Certain positions may be exempted from holding multiple positions and interim replacements.
3. Specific Provision:
• For the Supervision Department and Inspection Office, the tenure for all positions is set between 1 year to 1.5 years of service.

Please note that additional regulations regarding tenure and work at the department, office/central office, and team levels will be introduced in the future.
