Internal Announcement: REGARDING MULTIPLE POSITIONS AND INTERIM REPLACEMENT POSITIONS AT BACH SCIENCE CORPORATION

We would like to bring your attention to the regulations outlined in the Founder's Regulation No: 04/FOU-DEC-02/EX.BSC-II/HR-DT-01 regarding multiple positions and interim replacement positions at Bach Science Corporation. These regulations have been established by the Committee for Examination and Evaluation of Resource Placement and the Central Team for Database Development, Blog, Resources, and Departments. It is important that we familiarize ourselves with these guidelines to ensure compliance within our organization.

Here are the key provisions outlined in the regulations:

1. Holding Multiple Positions: According to Provision 1, only the Executive Vice President is authorized to hold multiple positions within Bach Science Corporation.
2. Positions Included in Multiple Positions: Provision 2 states that the Executive Vice President includes the following positions: Chairman, Secretary, General Manager, and Head of Executive Office Staff at Bach Science.
3. Holding Multiple Positions for Department Members: Provision 3 allows members within a department, office, or central office, who are not in a Head/Director position, to hold multiple positions.
4. Exceptions for Holding Multiple Positions: Members in the Supervision Department and Inspection Office are exempted from holding multiple positions, as stated in Provision 4.
5. Interim Replacement Positions: Provision 5 states that interim replacement positions can be held by individuals mentioned in points 1 to 4.
6. Authorization of Multiple Positions: Provision 6 outlines three ways in which multiple positions can be authorized: a. Official appointment by the Executive of Bach Science. b. Official appointment by the Executive through the Office of General and Special Affairs' Decision. c. Official appointment by the Executive through the Decision of the Special Team for Decision Recording and Restructuring.
7. Duration of Holding Multiple Positions: Provision 7 emphasizes that the duration of holding multiple positions is fixed and cannot be extended.
8. Extension of Holding Multiple Positions: Extension of holding multiple positions can be granted under specific conditions: a. Appointment as a permanent official according to the new work period by the Executive. b. Recommendation by the Inspection Office and the Committee for Examination and Evaluation of Resource Placement, approved by the Executive. c. Application for a new position in the same role.
9. Designated Status: The designated status for holding multiple positions and interim replacement positions are as follows: a. Temporary Officer (Pjs) for Department Head/Director level. b. Acting Technical Officer (Plt) for Clerk/Secretariat level. c. Acting Daily Officer (Plh) for Member level, as mentioned in Provision 9.
10. Implementation of the Regulations: Provision 10 emphasizes that all the regulations mentioned are absolute and effective upon release.
